With strong pre-sales CLP arranged mezzanine finance to replace 3rd party equity


The clients were carrying out a substantial residential development in London.

The completed value was some £240 million.

They had an option to buy out third party equity within a limited time frame. The early pre-sales had gone very well enabling CLP to replace equity with mezzanine debt layered above their senior debt.
